OUR BUSINESS

PRODUCTS

We primarily produce children’s clothing for the global market. Our workers are well-trained, and we deliver customer-driven design. For years we have been able to handle both knit and woven products under one roof.

We have both denims and non-denims woven in all children’s wear. They include dungarees with body suits (lined and non-lined), pinnies, shorts and skirts, and jeans/cargo pants. As for the knitted children’s wear, we have pinnies, t-shirts, dungarees, leggings , jeggings , joggers, sweats and hoodies.

 CAPACITY

We have the capacity to produce over 500,000 pieces per month. We are flexible in producing rather large or smaller quantities for private labels. Our capacity extends to embroidery for over 200,000 pieces per month, printing for over 300,000 pieces a month, and wash finishing for over 150,000 pieces per month.

SOURCING

One of the main reasons why we are able to provide comprehensive sourcing solutions for our clientele is our long-nurtured partnerships with global fabric and accessory manufacturers.

ETHICAL AND CORPORATE  RESPONSIBILITY

We keep our values at our core. Infusing sustainability into technology is one of our main priorities, and to that end, we have taken several actions and measures. We have deployed our Rathmale facility with the Harithma Green project and have achieved 40% less energy consumption and 55% less water consumption compared to our competitors. We have used eco-friendly construction materials when building this facility and have produced zero waste in landfills.

We also exercise excessive recycling of paper, plastic, polythene, and fabric waste. With our food waste, we feed 33 pigs a mong on a piggy farm. We generate energy from our rooftop solar systems.

 CERTIFICATIONS

We have the SEDEX membership and certification. In addition, Miami Clothing is a WRAP Certified facility, and we are GOTS-approved. There are also licensee approvals, such as Disney for C&A, M&S, Tesco, Next, and Asda. We have a reputation as the leading kidswear manufacturer for M&S, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s.
